I was tasked with refreshing their visual identity to feel contemporary and confident, without alienating a loyal readership. I chose a minimalist approach: no embellishments, no distractions. A clean, modernized symbol, drawn from their original “target” logo. maintains continuity, while a sturdy sans-serif gives the name clarity and strength. The new system puts information front and center, acting as a clear, stable frame through which RISE’s powerful investigations can speak for themselves.
